By using Business Idea Club, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform or purchase a membership.
2. Membership and access
Membership provides access to members-only digital content for personal use only. Your account is non-transferable and may not be shared with others.
3. Content restrictions
Content may not be copied, redistributed, resold or shared without written permission. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
4. Billing and renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Members may cancel anytime. Cancellation prevents future renewals only and does not refund prior payments.
5. Account suspension
Business Idea Club may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud or unauthorized sharing without prior notice.
6. Educational purpose only
Business opportunities are provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee business success or profits.
7. Limitation of liability
Business Idea Club is not responsible for financial losses resulting from the use of our content. You assume full responsibility for any business decisions you make.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable
All membership fees are strictly non-refundable. Membership access is activated immediately after successful payment.
No refunds for digital access
Because access to digital content is granted instantly, refunds, exchanges and partial refunds are not provided.
Cancellation stops renewals only
Cancelling a subscription only stops future renewals. Payments already made are not refundable.
Acceptance
Purchasing a membership indicates acceptance of this policy.
